Returned products must be unused and resalable. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and shipping fees are not refundable.
If the returned item has been used, Shop Gear will determine the amount to refund depending on the condition of the item.

Damage during transit

Contact us within 1 business day of delivery in the case of damage during transit to replace damaged parts.

Save by selecting an account credit

Customers choosing to receive an account credit after returning a new, unused item will not incur the 10% restocking fee.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping.
